“How did Hirano Aya release an album without me knowing?”

That’s right, Hirano Aya released an album two weeks ago and I didn’t even catch wind of it until last night. My pride as a Hirano Aya fan has just been shattered. *Cries*

To redeem my failure, I have decided to make myself do a review on Hirano Aya’s first album. So, here goes:

There are just certain things that go well together. Peanut butter and jelly. Cheeseburgers and bacon. Maximum the Hormone and Guilty Gear. Yes that is RIGHT. Guilty Gear is an excellent fighting game and Maximum the Hormone has seizures while playing. What’s not to love? Close your eyes, hope you don’t explode from excitement, and jump.

I’m about 90% sure every single one of you knows about this site, but if not, I highly recommend it. It is the Dr. Horrible Sing-Along Blog, an internet miniseries that follows Dr. Horrible (played by Neil Patrick Harris) as he blogs while trying to get into the evil villain guild, talk to the girl of his dreams (that red-head from The Guild), and do all manner of nasty. Best part? You guessed it, it’s MUSICAL! It is downright hilarious, and I’ve only seen half of one episode. The entire show is being shown online, and each episode is available on itunes.
